something I have noticed about my dizziness

I notice that when I dry my hair, I feel better. I don't know if it's the way I move my hand when I dry it or if it's the vibration of the dryer. Not sure but I know I feel OK while drying my hair. Also, last time I was feeling bad from the dizziness, I was parked on the couch and my husband was working on our hallway. He replaced the sheetrock and we have wood from the chair rail down. So I painted the wood. As bad as I felt, it really made me feel better to be painting. Again, was it the vibration and motion of moving my arm up and down? (I used a brush, not a roller.)

Went to WalMart this morning and pushing the cart out to the van in the parking lot made me feel good. The cart vibrated my arms. I am noticing a pattern here and wondering if anyone else has ever noticed? Seems like after this kind of stuff happens, when I stop, it isn't long before I'm woozy again.

Well, I am going to try the apple cider vinegar! It can't hurt at this point. I'll let everyone know how it works for me.

" Yep, I'm serious. The only thing I can think of is the vibration. Moving around every which way makes me feel bad. But if I were to walk in a straight line as far as I wanted to walk, I betcha I'd feel better. Something about that kind of movement makes me feel better versus the "all over the place" movement, which makes me feel bad. Strange. I am always noticing every little thing that makes me feel better and I grab onto it for dear life!

" Along the same lines...
When I was at my worst, I found that crocheting made me feel better.
The rhythmic movement was somehow grounding and soothing. "

" Exactly. I had the hall painted in no time. It was nice to have something to do to keep me busy.
