It seems like a lot of us get hammered around the seasonal flu and allergies seasons. This fall has been the worst for me.

" Now that you mention it, I think it does me the same way....eating before bed. I noticed it when I was feeling so bad back in August. If I ate at bedtime, I felt dizzy the next morning. If not, then no dizzies. When my symptoms let up, it was no big deal to munch at bedtime. I definitely need to not munch right now. I feel some better but after you cry and cry and cry, what's left?
