I read apple cider vinager helps with dizziness and wonderer if anyone has tried it? I bought a bottle of braggs ACV at the health food store and am going to try it (cant hurt).

Ummmm I dont know if I can stand it 3x a day. I'll have to buy some honey. Ive started eatting a little ginger too (chocolate covered ginger), I heard that helps too. Im glad you mentioned it takes 4 to 6 weeks, that way none of use gives up in a week or two thinking it didn't work. One more thing Im planning on doing is having daily communion. Im praying we all get healed of this awful thing.

Hi all, use warm water to melt the honey and stir in, then add your ACV. It also makes the breath lovely and fresh which is a little added bonus.

CHOCOLATE!
I heard from another support forum (dizzytimes.com) if you interested. I'm there too, same screen-name. A sight completely devoted to dizziness! Anywho, White chocolate was OK! I like to fainted when i read that!!

I believe the kind you get at the health food store is better because it has something called the "mother" in it. Ive heard Braggs is the best. Of course, this is just what I heard and I have no clue...lol
