Hhhmmm, I wonder how it would work. ACV is suuuuper good for you regardless so I would recommend taking it anyways. I use that in all my salads.

I started taking a tablespoon of ACV today. Its really not bad; of course I wash it down with water. I read you should put 2 teaspoons in water along with 2 teaspoons of honey, but at this moment I dont have any honey. I'll see in a week if it helps. I dont have vertigo and nothing spins, but I feel wavy a lot, like on a boat. I'll let you know in a week if it has helped any. If anyone else is trying it let us know if it helps.

i read last night where it can also help with weight loss. I am thinking about trying it for that as well as the dizzy stuff.

Oh yeah!?!? I can stand to lose...oh maybe about 5 lbs more. But that's it! I have lost so much already! I'm back in my skinny jean post baby in April this year! That's the ONLY good from this crap.

Girl, I am so jealous!! Even when I feel a little nauseous with this stuff, somehow I can still shovel the food in. I could stand to drop about 15 pounds.

Hi all, I have used ACV for years and it cures many ailments. I have passed tips to many people from hair loss to weight control to menstruation probs (which I had at one time) every time it has been successful. I have a small booklet which I bought about 20 odd years ago which I have called my ACV bible. And about a year ago when I was plagued with the dizzies used its chapter on Vertigo. It did work for me but I had to stop taking it because I have started with a problem with stomach acid and you shouldn't take it if you have excess acid which I do.
You should not take it neat - it is to be taken in a full glass of water with 2 tsps each of ACV and honey x 3 a day. For vertigo it will take between 4 - 6 weeks to cure it. Have any of you tried Ginko Biloba for the dizzies. After I stopped the ACV and it came back, I went on to a good quality BG which takes up to 2/3 months to work - and it certainly made a difference. Good luck all. Don't give in, something, somewhere will work for you. Gwen

Interesting. I only did it once yesterday but I'll up it to 3 x day. Does the honey dissolve enough to drink it in the water?
