I posted a couple replies, so sorry if some of you have read this already. I was checking out different support groups for my headaches and found this sight had one for Dizziness and Vertigo. If you've been dizzy, lightheaded, off-balance,have a foggy feeling, etc you need to see an Neuro"T"ologist. First if you can't get there quick, cut down on your salt & caffeine. Have them check for Menieres Disease. If you want more info I'm in a great--no wonderful support group on line for it. There is so much information you can pretty much diagnose yourself but you will need meds. Some of us are deaf in 1 or both ears and some not at all. We are from all over the world, we have reunions in different states that's how close we are. There are 100's of us and we are all one family because like some of you I'm gathering know, people just don't understand bc we look ok on the outside. Menieres.org is our family If you do have all of the above and more, know you're not alone
