besides the JOH, I'm on a diuretic (one that doesn't make you loose pottasium)2mg diazapm (
valium) as needed can be 1 or up to 4 a day. Dex shots every 3/4 months. I use to be on 5- 5mgs of
valium a day but since I changed Dr.s and started the JOH and Dex shots I've taken alot less. I haven't missed work in 2 or 3 months now due to weather change (I'm so happy about that woo hoo) It's really not alot of meds at all. takes me longer to get the JOH's down but they're worth it. I'm rarely dizzy anymore tinittus is bad but my hearing came back and only "shuts off" when the weather changes but I can deal with that. Good Luck

Imitrex if they get bad enough. I wasn't sure the other 2 worked until I got off of them for a week just to test them.. Please remember I DO NOT have MAV, I've had migraines for 26 yrs with daily headaches, they are in no way associated with my Menieres... Please let me know!
