is Pressure in your head a symptom of vertigo? it feels like my head is going to explode but im not sure if its from my vertigo. anyone?

Yes fullness in head was one of my problems I was taking Betahistine for my dizzyness and vertigo and had been taking it for 4 years until last year when my symptons became worse I started having fullness in ears and head , foggy brain, unable to concentrate on everyday tasks I changed to Sturgeron and the fogginess fullness have stopped could be a coinserdence but Im not changing back just incase Hope you get relief soon Love Fran
