Do you think the Epley maneuver could possibly help me if my diagnosis is dysfunctional eustachion tubes and a sinus infection? thanks.

The epley maneuver is used for positional vertigo. If you get dizzy only in certain positions, and are fine in other positions, that might be cause to try the epley, but your ENT needs to diagnose you. If he gives you a diagnoses of BPPV, then the epley would be indicated as treatment.

Hi I agree with the other reply Epley manouver is good for positional vertigo. My vertigo was mixed both positionsl and full blown vertigo attacks when the world around you spins and its impossible to stay upright. I used Epley at first it was a good help but that was before I developed vertigo attacks. I dont get positional vertigo attacks now.
