I spent two hours making clear entreaty for advice and it was erased. I cannot create it again with any details. After accident rear-ended concussion, I have un ending head pain that never happened before, blinding when try to read. I have Vertigo and nausea for two months solid and episodic now. Double vision only for reading after two months. Jaw pain ache and noise. Ear noises mid tone roaring and intermittent deafening low tone buzzing. Cannot process auditory sound because autistic and do not know how to filter out sound or anything. Already using 100% ability before this happened. Will this ever go away?
ER said intoxicated though never ingest any sustenance even in 38 hours and no fluids for 12 hours. Afraid they injected me and can’t trust. No neuro exam, record falsified, not allowed pain med though promised and excruciating pain because can’t give proper nonverbal signals of pain. Wouldn’t even let me hold a chair to get out of ER without falling. Said to work after one day. Working on top of 12 foot ladders with bulky fixtures and power tools. With vertigo and double vision. I think they want me dead. Are they saying I deserve to suffer and die or that I am lying? I am pathologically honest and have zero imagination to invent anything.
How can I get function back? It is three months and haven’t found work, but believe it would be crime to go to work knowing I cannot be safe, so how do I deceive to get work? How do I hide vertigo attacks? Who is responsible if I fall or damage someone? I can’t even get medical problems unrelated to MVA treated. I don’t know how to communicate or interact under usual conditions, so how do I manage this situation? Please don’t erase again. This is short but for me more hours I cannot sleep.

" Request a neurology consult. Ask the neurologist about post-traumatic migraine and mirgaine associated vertigo. More info here:

" I have paid out $300 twice for neurolgy consult since Kaiser will not allow me any type of care anymore. It has not helped except for the the Topomax for migraine. Thanks for that info to tell doc. The vertigo and tinnitus are unabated, though I have self treated other problems with essential oils with relief.

I have never gotten back to work because saying I was released for 24 or 72 hours was easy. They backed off from saying I was safe to return to work which the union required. Still, they won't give it, but say it is my choice not to work. I am arrested if I 'tresspass' on Kaiser to get medical care and am a felon for having a vertigo attack where I could not stand once.

I am trying to be positive in the face of financial ruin, now "failure to save" in refusing to treat cancer so I will die soon. I don't want this post deleted, just some relief for the time I have left and a whack at beating the cancer, 7%. I would deafen myself if it would help.

I CAN'T SURVIVE THE VERTIGO AND TINNITUS! "

" The jaw pain sounds like TMJ/TMD that is related to dizziness. actually TMJ is the cause of a lot of symptoms. look into a TMJ specialist too. It wouldn't hurt. And it also wouldn't hurt to keep getting second 3rd opinions. See if you can find a inner ear specialist. Not necessarily a neuro but a inner ear balance specialist. Meniere's? Lay low on the sodium, sugar chocolate and caffeine. Lipo-flavonoids is a good supplement for thr tinnitus. Its not a drug its a vitamin supplement.
My heart goes out to you try to hang in there and keep digging for answers and solutions. "

" I waited 14 months for EEENT consult. Probably because everyone is supposed to get used to the racket? I was referred for a 'white noise' generator small, like hearing aid, but Kaiser asked me to get a second opinion and would not schedule for 6 months. The second MD said said no longer allowed this option. I need $5000 to do it myself.

ANYONE HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH 'WHITENOISE' GENERATOR? "
