I use a daily enema every morning before breakfast.
I also take 3 teaspoons heaped with pysllium husk at 4pm each day.
I have home made yogurt every morning for breakfast with raw oats soaked overnight in milk.

I have been free from any diverticular symptoms now for 7 months.
