have joined but havent started yet, does anyone have any feedback about it? sounds delicious and healthy, but want to know if anyone else is on it.

" I am on day 9 and it is not too bad. I have only lost 3.5lbs but I am also holding fluids. The deli meats have a lot of sodium and I have trouble with that. But I have also lost 3.5 So it isn't a total waste. It wasn't hard to do at all. I am not ever hungary until it is time to eat again. I am eating approximately every 4 hours all day long. " don't know which deli meats you are using...but I knwo that Boar's Head does have a Low Sodium Bologna and many other low sodium meats...they are acutally pretty good... "

" I am on day 5 for my second 11 day deal. It is not going as well this time. I seem to be craving in between. Maybe roasting my own meat isn't the way to go. It is salt that I am craving. Maybe it is the deli meat that kept me on track last time. I am still going at it as I am not falling off by much. I have had a few limes with salt on them and a huge dill pickle today in between. It is not allowed but the craving got to me. I am still keeping up with the rest of the diet though. I haven't cheated on any meals yet. I am also keeping track of how much I am eating even though you do not need to count calories. It is amazing to be allowed to eat as much as you want but to not want or need very much. I am not at all hungry. I did check the scale on day 3 and had lost another lb. YAYAYAYAYAY!!!!!!!!!I'm sure if I check tomorrow morning I will be up again due to all the salt I consumed today. But I will know it is only water weight and can drink some extra water to flush it out. I have been doing no calorie flavored waters and no calorie ice teas for some of the waters. 10 glasses a day is what they call for. 80 oz. It is 6:35pm here and I am at 68oz now. Only 12oz to go. No problem. I will be over my quota tonite. Yesterday I had to take my 85 year old father and 70 year old aunt to a family funeral(a distant cousin whom I haven't seen in years). Not a good day for too many liquids. I didn't quite make it to 80oz yesterday. Well that's about it. Hope you are having some luck with this. It's not hard, it is just a matter of eating different stuff at different times. For dinner I had steamed carrots,sauteed spinich and baked beans. WIERD HUH? For breakfast it was chicken drums and walnuts. I don't how it works but it is. Good luck! "

I had to make some adjustments to my first week cuz when I went grocery shopping and got all my deli meats, between my son and I unloading the car, that bag got missed, and I didn't notice until Sunday night,,,jeez, so then I go back and replace what I bought and the next thing ya know, the dog got in the refrigerator and ate it all!! all the meat and cheese. If we don't block the kitchen and lock the refrigerator door, he has a party after I leave for work and my son leaves for school

so, mostly I'm left with nuts!! and veggies

but I do like it so far
will do better next 11 days

are you eating drumsticks? I thought it just said chicken breast unbreaded,,,hhmmmm good luck to ya

Most of the time I do chicken breast with lemon pepper seasoning on it but I ran out and had some cooked drums so I ate them. LOL!!! They were roasted and not breaded. No skin. Sometimes you have to improvise. It will probably slow me down some but I needed some chicken so >>>>>> "
