" TOPS is a lot of fun. Compared to Weight Watchers you really do have group support. You get to know everyone in your group and you can contact each other for encouragement or exercise partner if you wish. Everyone get a phone list in my group. Part of the meeting is games and contest with incentives to lose weight. My group gives prizes to the biggest loser of the week. And awards for perfect month and most lost in the month. My group is doing a team contest to that has been for the last 6 weeks. My team is in the lead. Its exciting to see what your team member did that week. We also bid (with weight) on gifts for ourself. Unlike weight watchers it is not a diet. If the diet your doing does not work for you, you can change it.

You can go to your first meeting free to see if you like it. "

" At TOPS you choise your own diet and weigh in once a week. They have a leader, Secretary, Treasurer, Weight recorder and assist. weight recorder. A program is given each week and they encourage alot. Most groups have little contest to keep you motivated. The people become live a little family away from home. Every group does different things. I think they are so much better that WW in letting yu participate in the meetings. "
