" You can do this! But you have to want it and believe in yourself. If I can , so can you.
I changed my plan several times before I got it figured out as to what works for me. I am now lighter than I have been in 10 years.

That tastes a lot better than any food you can think of!

You can do this! "

" Well I've been trying to lose some weight for about 7 months now with very little success, only 3 lbs. Keep in mind though that I'm a very poor eater and don't exercise too much. I've bought the diet food, but can't seem to resist the junk. I'm finding this battle to be harder than when I quit smoking. How are you doing now? "

" Welcome! I am new too. Congrats on the 20kg. I just had a stent put in a 90% blocked artery last week. I am only 55 but am 50 lbs overweight. I have a weight release & a quit smoking goal. I plan to attend the Cardio Rehab Center to get started on an exercise program and learn more about healthy heart meals. I have read 2 books this past week on Nutrition. All the book knowledge is good but unless I implement the knowledge and put it into practice That is all it is... knowledge. I support you and everyone else here to releasing weight and getting healthier. I am excited to be on a new (journey)"lifestyle" and am very grateful to be alive! I have much to live for as each of you do. I will keep you in my prayers! "
