Hello, I am looking for someone who I can have a good relationship with to work on knocking off some pounds. I really only need to lose about 20-25 pounds to reach my "pre quitting smoking weight". Someone with a similar goal would be great. I am ready to start. I am serious about this...no more excuses...no whining!!

I am game as well! I am looking to lose 31lbs (for my first goal) Ive already started weight watchers and an exercise class. I figured i have to jump in and hold myself accountable this time! NO EXCUSES lol

I want to lose about 30 lbs also. I'm finding dieting to be impossible for me at this point, I can't stay off the junk food! Well I'm going to concentrate on the gym more, just recently joined one.

Me too. I lost 23 pounds on WW then I quit smoking and I haven't been able to lose any more weight since. I need to lose another 24 pounds to be at goal and I'm really frustrated. I'm not going to start smoking again but I really need this weight to go. Could be all the gum I'm chomping on.
