Hi,
I wrote a couple of messages here about a year ago now, but I've never really been around very much at all. I've now decided to lose weight and take it seriously after afew fad flop diets. I'm doing the old fashioned eating healthy and exercise routine 3 times a week. Alittle about me; I'm a 33 year old mum of 2 kids, aged 10yrs and 7yrs and we live in London, UK.
