It is November already...Thanksgiving is getting closer!

Remember to change your clocks today!
Spring ahead - Fall back!

Please feel free to join in our weekly weigh-in.
Share your weekly weigh-in once a week either from your weigh-in day last week or this coming week.

Don't forget the Four S's of Weighing Yourself:
Same time of day, on the
Same day each week, wearing the
Same clothing, and using the
Same scale

As for me - I again maintained...I am very pleased with that!

Next week I hope to continue to maintain or even lose a pound!

Goal 145
Still to lose: 26.6

ALMOST to the top end of a "healthy" BMI for my height...

goal for next week: 165.0 lbs

As for the other results waist, bust, hips, I maintained. That weight gain was probably due to muscle cause I was working out more (especially all that dancing, etc during the weekend), but with the treats it was harder to lose this week. "

" I am so very depressed. I used to be a beautiful woman. How did I ever let myself get like this. I just turned 40 years old and I look much older. I don't even know where to start to lose weight.....

Everyone says eat less and work out. I get that. I am not stupid and I do have some will power. It is just harder than is used to be and I am so incredibly busy. I have to be everything (cook, taxi, maid, nurse, seamstress, activity planner, soccer coach, and I have a full-time job outside of the home) to so many people and it is rare that I have anything left for me.... "
