It is November already...Thanksgiving is getting closer!
Remember to change your clocks today! Spring ahead - Fall back! Please feel free to join in our weekly weigh-in. Share your weekly weigh-in once a week either from your weigh-in day last week or this coming week. Don't forget the Four S's of Weighing Yourself: Same time of day, on the Same day each week, wearing the Same clothing, and using the Same scale As for me - I again maintained...I am very pleased with that! Last week 163.6
This week 162.4 Loss of 1.2 pounds. Am happy with one pound a week, been stuck on 163 for too long now.

Okay... Last week: 171.6 This week: 168.6 Loss: 3.0 pounds WHOO HOO!! Started: 235 Lost so far: 63.4 Goal 145 Still to lose: 26.6 ALMOST to the top end of a "healthy" BMI for my height... Happy November, everybody!

KK so October was not great what with falling off the horse and all but i did manage to lose weight in general so will not kick myself to hard for it i guess.... Todays weight.... 206 goal for November lose 12lbs plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

The first week I joined this, was two weeks ago and I weighed 197.5
I just weighed myself on Friday and I weigh 194.5. So I lost 3 lbs. My overall goal is 70 lbs. Right now I'm balancing my nutrition and going to the gym more. Wish me luck!!!!

last week: 166.0 lbs
last week's goal:165.0 lbs today: 167.0 lbs goal for next week: 165.0 lbs As for the other results waist, bust, hips, I maintained. That weight gain was probably due to muscle cause I was working out more (especially all that dancing, etc during the weekend), but with the treats it was harder to lose this week.

I am so very depressed. I used to be a beautiful woman. How did I ever let myself get like this. I just turned 40 years old and I look much older. I don't even know where to start to lose weight.....
Everyone says eat less and work out. I get that. I am not stupid and I do have some will power. It is just harder than is used to be and I am so incredibly busy. I have to be everything (cook, taxi, maid, nurse, seamstress, activity planner, soccer coach, and I have a full-time job outside of the home) to so many people and it is rare that I have anything left for me....
