I don't know about everyone else, but when I am trying to lose weight, I almost always focus on the bad things I have done during the day. So I decided that I would like to brag about the good things I have done during the day.

Today, instead of taking the easy way out and ordering a value menu meal from McDonalds, I got a sub from Subway instead, which was a huge step for me. Yay!

I worked out 6 times just this weekend alone.
I have been eating green leafy vegetable regularly.
I have not re-gained any more weight.
My abs are getting visibly tighter.
Today I am going to get back into consistently tracking what I eat! "

" yeah that good why not not beat out at all..and make this eating out a positive way of celebrating when you drop 15 pounds you need goals..fast food anywere ISINT GOOD.. and it makes you think you lose a few then ur ind plays tricks,,the next thing you know your eating out alot more...i havent ate a fast food in 2 yrs i dont miss any...now a restraunt i a bit difft they have a greater choice..
