I just noticed that I had the month wrong last week! July 28th - for June 28th! DUH!

Everyone is welcome to post success or maybe not so successful weight loss this week.

You can put in your weight form either you weigh-in day from last week or the coming week - which ever day works best for you!

Did you lose...gain...or maintain?

What do you hope to see for the coming week?

For myself as of yesterday, Saturday July 4th I lost .4 pounds! And after my stint with overeating all last weekend. I am amazed and thrilled.

Hopefully next week I will lose another pound!

Congrats everyone for working so hard and sticking with your weight loss plan! It is not easy but the prize is worth the effort.

" I made my goal that I set for yesterday's weigh-in. I am now 150!

I probably got to goal because of 60 minute treadmill run I did yesterday but that's okay! I just need to be on target this week.

Last night we went out to dinner for my nephew's birthday - I got him a giant raw bar appetizer - I ate some but most raw bar stuff are low in fat and calories so I think that is okay. For my entree I had one small crabcake and a side of corn and then we split 2 desserts among 6 people. I did have 2 glasses of wine but today my morning weight was what it was yesterday so I guess it was okay.

Had a good workout today and yummy scrambled eggs for lunch so my challenge is getting through Saturday and Sunday but I know I can do it and next week be at 149 and into single digits! WooHoo -- I know it will happen! "
