I just noticed that I had the month wrong last week! July 28th - for June 28th! DUH!
Everyone is welcome to post success or maybe not so successful weight loss this week. You can put in your weight form either you weigh-in day from last week or the coming week - which ever day works best for you! Did you lose...gain...or maintain? What do you hope to see for the coming week? For myself as of yesterday, Saturday July 4th I lost .4 pounds! And after my stint with overeating all last weekend. I am amazed and thrilled. Hopefully next week I will lose another pound! Congrats everyone for working so hard and sticking with your weight loss plan! It is not easy but the prize is worth the effort. On Thursday I was down 2 lbs.
So, now I am 150.5 lbs This week I am struggling a bit so my goal for this coming Thursday is 150.

Ok after I tuff 2 weeks from210 gained 7 lbs and now down to 213 again even after a goos 4th of July BBQ and a few drinks lol.So I guess I lost 4 lbs from my 7 lbs gain.Hope by this Sat. to be down to 210!Happy belated 4th of July everyone!

a little disappointed only lost 3lbs this week but am thinking with the increase in walking i am gaining muscle. i did manage to lose about 5 inches this week! good luck everyone in the coming week!

Last Sunday 176.4
This week 175.4 Loss of 1 pound First goal is 174.4 by 28th and hope to make that next week. Ultimate goal 150 by Christmas Day, that's 1 lb a week until then.
