sorry folks could not resist, but yeah this morning i walked 5 miles and feel great for it but one thing i would change next time..... TAKE WATER with me LOL

LMAO we sure do, i had not intended to go so far but felt good while i was out there so decided to go further than usual in one go. Had not realized the heat would wipe me out like it did on that extension but we made it home the dog and me. don't think he will be so anxious to go next time though LOL
