Has anyone had success with Slim Fast? I have been doing it religiously for about a week and it seems to be working for me!

i do have a protein drink each day but not slim fast, i stick to the low carb ones

Just make sure you have a plan in place for when you reach your weight loss goal. Once you stop the "diet", you'll need to have direction as to how to maintain. Work on healthier eating habits and portion control while you're doing the slim fast.

I had success with it the first time I tried it...but not with subsequent tries. I personally think protein drinks might be a better choice

any step in the right direction is an improvement. you should try it if you like it stick with it if not try something else just try something because doing nothing isn't getting you where you want to go.

Just don't use the food bars. They are made with High fructose corn syrup.

I had been trying slim fast and it upset my tummy . i felt bloated and constipated. i know no one wants that much info but just trying to help. i have been trying prepacked meals and soups for the past couple of days and my tummy feels better and so does my moods.
