" Every single day i make myself get out there and walk, i HATE it with a passion, but one thing i have done is buy a few toys! remeber skip it that toy thing that you put around your ankle that had a counter or a ball on it, or how bout a hula-hoop? i am not good with either but at least they might work for you and if i keep trying i will evenutally get better. As fas as staying on track with diet, I was the same as you but when i finally hit 150lbs overweight i decided i wanted ME back and MY life, so perhaps thinking of that might help you to realize that the sacrifices you make now are small in comparison to literaly losing your life. Good luck hun and remember YOU CAN DO THIS. "

" Dreaming is right...you have to make your self do it! When I started in September I was an exercise slug...now I get at least 45 minutes each day. I am within 15# of my goal!

You need to work at it, if you really want it you will. "

" Same here! I started last September am\nd it just gets more and more of a routine and then it is easier and easier! I also had a friend actually each time I lost that buddy then I got myself a new one. Online that was trying too. we would contact each other everyday sometimes more than once and we kept at it until we ( the last one has been working at it with me since about November.)

She walks 5 miles a day now whereas she did none before and myself I could not do more than 10 crunches and now can whip out 500 with out hardly sweating or hurting the next day too.
We both also worked on our particular food issues and we have both conquered our areas! Mine were Sonic Blasts and Donuts....hers were peanut butter cups and wine....we fought and fought and now....no more overwhelming desire for the JUNK!

So as you do better it will become easier!

Just keep at it until it becomes a new habit!

Love Rhea "
