" I know my body can handle 1 - 2 splurges a week and still continue to lose weight. What I mean by splurges are restaurant meals with alcohol and even dessert. as long as I get back on track with the next meal all is fine. So, have your cake, maybe workout a little bit more between now and Saturday (say 10 minutes extra a day) and I bet you will still lose weight - maybe it will be just 1 pound but that is fantastic and even if you just stay the same that is great too! AND remember you will always have birthdays, holidays, get togethers and so forth - as long as you spread them out and don't have them for days on end you will keep losing and learn to cope with life as well.
