Sorry I am a bit late getting this post up today. We were traveling this weekend to spend time with Grandsons while they are home on leave from the Airforce! Had a great time.

Did you lose??? gain??? or maintain???

Everyone is welcome to join this weekly weigh in.
Share your weekly weigh-in once a week either from your weigh-in day last week or this coming week...whichever works the best for you!

For myself as of last Friday I lost 2.4# I am so thrilled.
Hopefully next week I will lose 1# or at least maintain as I have the last 2 days of enjoying all the party foods to get corrected this week. It will be double time exercising for me!

" Gained 1.2 from last week's weigh in. Grrr.... Hoping it's my new "skyscraper muscles" developing. As I get used to my new exercise routine, hopefully the losses will begin again. And we are travelling this week...a week of restaurant meals -- aaaaaaahh! Taking my trusty nutrition apps with me! I made sure that all the hotels I booked have both pools and exercise rooms, and I'm going to use them!!!

Last week: 206.2
This week: 207.4

Started at 235
Goal 155 "

This Sunday 176.4
Loss of 2 lbs and I'm thrilled to bits.

Been drinking loads and loads of tea to curb the hunger and help me maintain my daily total of 20 weight watchers points. "

" Great job everyone hang in there, lost 3 lbs this week, so am down to 247 now. Wish it had been more but this week was the first anniversay of the death of 2 very special people in my life, one a soulmate, the other my grandmother. Hopefully this week will be better!! Have an awesome week everyone and beware all those picnic foods and remember watermelon is high in carbs! "

" Down to 152.8 from 154 the week before.

Now I am at my lowest 2009 weight once again.

Goal for this week: 151.8 (okay I admit I want 151 but that will be my icing on the cake if I get that).

So, far having a good week - have to be careful with the yummy bagels nephew brought from NYC - not exactly full of fiber! "

" I am really late bec. I can't remember the links to get here. I don't pay attention to losing weight. I basically pay attention to why I have gained it. And that is what I won for myself for the month of June that I eat out, and eat junk food just about every day.Eye Opener for me. Also, I am on Zyprexa which truly causes weight gain and my doc said I really don't need the drug anymore and they are now tapering me off of it since you can't go cold turkey. "
