Keliya, maybe you shouldo re-figure your calories needs. They are probably lower since you lost some weight.
I lost 1 whole pound this week! Very rare that I lose that much a week! I am soooo happy with that! Start 195# Sept 08 ---> current 166#

Well, I am down 1/2 pound (I count my Thursday weigh in as the official day). Probably from my long run but that's fair! I think. Ate lots of blueberries yesterday and working on staying on track this weekend so I hopefully have a nice loss this week but my goal is 1 lb.
Keliya, Maybe your staying the same is an adjustment from the previous week or water weight or muscle gain - Look at it this way - you didn't gain - so do a little dance for that! Have a good week.

OMG, OMG, OMG -- I no longer weigh 200+ pounds!! Scale said 199 this morning!! Still got a long way to go...but I like the progress! Since this was a big loss week, I'm trying to settle my mind around the fact that I'll probably get "stuck" again (that seems to be what my weight does -- drop, stick, drop, stick...) as long as there's no real gain in there, I WILL make it to my goal...

Yo guys are right. I did re-figure my calorie needs today and am lowering them. I will drink more water and eat more fruits as snacks. :)
I'm really happy for you Joyce! It feels so good to step on the scale and seeing you weigh less!!! You too KMK great job! This week I'm going to be strict again. My fiance is going to do it with me.. so I will be a little bit more encouraged :) he he Keep at it you guys! By the end of the year you won't recognise yourselves!!! :)

Signed up although it's now 19th July, I started back on a diet on 22nd June, with my first weigh in 29th June so will backdate my information and put it in.
