Going for another 12 weeks. Lost two sizes and almost 20 lbs this last 12 weeks. Would like to make it for another 2 sizes and another 25 lbs this time or more!

Hello ~ I've managed to lose 1.7lbs...
What worked: Maintaining the mediterranean diet that my husband and I are trying to follow and working out 3 times this week (P90X). What didn't work: not drinking any Pepsi and not drinking beer. I know these are empty calories that I really don't need.
