It is a family routine thing to get a chinese take away saturday nights. I don't want to have anything too unhealthy of fattening. Is there ANYTHING from a chinese restaurant that's healthy? I can't think of anything. Thanks x

I do crab legs, black bean clams, some steamed items w/ no sauces or I make it at home:

You can get the Steamed Broccoli with Chicken or Tofu and get the sauce on the side. Usually this is one of the healthiest choices on the menu but skip the white rice or order brown rice with it. I always get this dish when they order Chinese at work or my BF at home. I dip every other broccoli in a tiny bit of sauce cuz otherwise it's really bland. Steamed vegetables is also good. Basically order anything steamed with sauces on the side. NO fried stuff.
