Well we made it into the New Year of 2009!
This is going to our year! Join Us in posting your loss for last week and what you hope to lose in the next week! For myself on my weigh in day last Thursday I lost ZERO! I was so hoping to get out of the 180s but NO! I did lose a bit in inches so I am not completely bummed. So for next week I want that 1# gone. Started a new exercise program that I will stick to this time (haven't in the past)
Weight at the beginning of the week: 150 lbs Weight at the end of the week: 146 Goal by the end of next week 143-144

Started over on New Years at 161 (I got down to 155 over the summer). My goal for this coming week is 2lbs (159). I'm starting my bf on my diet at his request so I can't cheat, right??!! I'm just trying not to be too strict with myself. GO US! WE CAN DO IT!
