Well we made it into the New Year of 2009!
This is going to our year! Join Us in posting your loss for last week and what you hope to lose in the next week! For myself on my weigh in day last Thursday I lost ZERO! I was so hoping to get out of the 180s but NO! I did lose a bit in inches so I am not completely bummed. So for next week I want that 1# gone. Beginning 195 lbs
last week 193 lbs This week 196 lbs I am very discouraged and did not do what I was suppose to do. Hoping to lose 1 lb.

Well, After two weeks off my group started back up this week. I went weighed in yesterday and am 194.6. That is my lowest weight so far. So I am still trying and plugging away.

OK....so I weighed in today, my first week of actually dieting, watching what I eat....
I LOST 6 Pounds....I was so excited! I have a long ways to go tho..... Starting weight: 272 Today: 266 Total loss: 6lbs
