Well we made it into the New Year of 2009!
This is going to our year! Join Us in posting your loss for last week and what you hope to lose in the next week! For myself on my weigh in day last Thursday I lost ZERO! I was so hoping to get out of the 180s but NO! I did lose a bit in inches so I am not completely bummed. So for next week I want that 1# gone. Well starting weight was 225 lbs 2 days ago no lost lol,my goal is to loose 2 lbs a week till I hit 150 lbs.

Same same same. Man Christmas was NOT good!!! Tomorrow is my official start day to "go hard, no excuses, no crap" but I actually started in this morning. I kept up my exercise through it all. Weighed in January 1 to get a reference point. Was up then. Here we go!!!!

Starting weight was 182
Today's weight was 184 However...I didn't really start anything until the 1st...so my goal for next week is simply those 2 pounds.

last week's goal:155 lbs today:155 lbs? - my scale isn't really working next week's goal:153 lbs intermediate goal #1:159 lbs:reached intermediate goal #2:154 lbs intermediate goal #3:149 lbs intermediate goal #4:144 lbs ultimate goal:141 lbs I might have not lost any weight because I was stressed out by my Dad and Step-Mom this weekend. Sigh.
