Well we made it into the New Year of 2009!

This is going to our year!

Join Us in posting your loss for last week and what you hope to lose in the next week!

For myself on my weigh in day last Thursday
I lost ZERO! I was so hoping to get out of the 180s but NO! I did lose a bit in inches so I am not completely bummed.

So for next week I want that 1# gone.

Current 180# Started 190# intermediate goal 175#
