Any other people that use it? I just started and I am finding some of it confusing so I've been sticking to the basics of tracking calories and exercise.

I love it and swear that I lost the 20 pounds using it.. They send lots of emails and you just need to really take the time to read everything there. With time you will get it. Lots of great information..

Sometimes I find that their information about calories about certain food is off and I have to enter it myself or it's not in their system. Anyone else deal with this?

In the beginning I was adding a lot of the foods that I could not find, but once they are in my favorites list it is easy to just click on them..

I use it strictly to track my fitness and nutrition. From what I can tell there's an actual regiment to follow there - but I stick to my own and come here for my journaling and most of my support. I'm on a couple of teams there, but it doesn't seem quite as personal as it does here at DS.
