I'm starting Bikram's yoga on Monday (YAY!) I've done Ashtanga yoga in the past, but it's been about 6 months. I just wanted to let everyone know, so that on Monday I have no excuse. I just told the world so now I have you to answer to. :)

" Bikrim's yoga is the kind they do in a heated room (from what I understand, LOTS of sweating involved). Ashtanga is more power moves, push-ups, lunges, etc. I've never tried Bikram's before, but I'm looking forward to it. "

" YAY! I went, I hated every minute of it, I wanted to stab the tiny blonde nazi instructor in the eye, but I survived and felt great afterwards, if a bit dehydrated. 90 minutes of just standing in 100 degree heat sucks, but this was torture! Of course, I'm going back Thursday. :) "
