Bikrim's yoga is the kind they do in a heated room (from what I understand, LOTS of sweating involved). Ashtanga is more power moves, push-ups, lunges, etc. I've never tried Bikram's before, but I'm looking forward to it.

YAY! I went, I hated every minute of it, I wanted to stab the tiny blonde nazi instructor in the eye, but I survived and felt great afterwards, if a bit dehydrated. 90 minutes of just standing in 100 degree heat sucks, but this was torture! Of course, I'm going back Thursday. :)
