I recently lost 13 pounds progress was great until I stopped going to the gym for about 2weeks. Now I feel sluggish and fatter then ever! So much flab on my thighs depresses me and I'm starting to feel like giving up. I haven't gained the weight back but I still feel so HUGE! The profess is slowing down and I'm trying so hard not to give up but everyone I look at the flab I have on my body I feel worthless.

Help? :(

" Why did you stop going to the gym? What else have you tried. Have you tried achieving small goals to start out? None of us can do it all at once. It's best to break things down into small, achievable goals.

What sort of plan are you doing? Exercise and diet-wise. How can we help you? (Never ever give up on something you want for yourself that is healthy as getting in better shape.) "

" I stopped going to the gym because there was no transportation money. So I started to play soccer and have managed to stay active by walking an jogging occasionally. I've been eating clean for months now and that hasn't changed. Just had a cheat day yesterday which is causing me to feel this way today. I'm going to try to make a gym plan to work out different sections of my body. I guess I need help on staying motivated and some exercise tips on how to make flab go away. I've been over weight for most of my life and I've always tried to chane it but I feel like I keep failing. "

" Try walking then work up to jogging in your neighborhood if you can not go to the gym. Or climb stairs in your house or building. If you do not have weights do push ups and pull ups. You can do a whole body workout with no weights or equipment. Search the internet for toning and aerobic exercises that you can do at home for free on the days you can not get to the gym. "

" For me I just exercised 6 times a week until it became a habit like brushing my teeth and then I couldn't do without it. It just took a couple of weeks for it to become a habit. Now I just don't feel like myself unless I workout. "

" You know if you give up the flab will still be there! So never give up!

There is a great site - sparkpeople.com/resource/fitness.asp" title="http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/fitness.asp" target="_blank">http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource...

They have tons of exercises...some are even short videos. Maybe you can put together a exercise routine from there. Some upper, lower, cardio, etc into a 30 min session. "
