I just wanted to say thank you to everyone. I have really enjoyed reading all of the posts and words of encouragement. I have managed to stay on my diet for a week with just primarily eating fruits and vegetables. I am having BP and kidneys problems. I am hoping when I lose ten percent of my body weight that will help with some of medical issues. I just have to step up my physical activities.

So I am praying that everyone has a wonderful healthy-eating weekend.
