Okay, I am currently 299, down from 330 pounds, but I am on a restricted diet, but I am wondering if I am restricting my diet too much. My normal intake of calories right now is 800 calories, I workout twice a day burning off just over 1000 calories, so I just lost as to how many calories I should be consuming and my GP (doctor) was no help. He's sending me to dietitian, but that a six month wait.

" KT, 800 calories! That is way to little of an amount. I've been on 500-800 calorie diets before. I lose a ton of weight, especially if I'm doing it Atkins style, but... but I gain it back and then some every single time. The lowest you should be going is more like 1200-1400 calories. Good luck! I hope you reach your goal :). You can do it! "
