So i'm new in this group but i'm trying hard to lose 30 pounds for my over all heath. i've lost about 32 /35 pounds ( for rela matters what day of the week you weigh me on haha) already but i would love to lose at least 30 more pounds.
I'm trying by making small changes that are kinda easy for me to keep like drink 2 liters of water a day, or don't eat late at night which i've been doing good at and not so well at get up and move for 30 mins a day. also i'm on Myfitnesspal to track everything which i think helps even though i'm not caring so much about cal counting at the moment it helps me to have a place to check in everyday about it. Welcome to the group!
I like to post on the weekly weigh in post. Helps me to keep current. I joined a gym and track my exercise each time, as well as recording my pre-work out weight. This helps me stay focused.
