" I haven't done it, but I've read about it with interest. It's calorie cutting, for sure. One of the things that interests me about it is that, unless you live way out in the country somewhere, the food is very convenient to get and relatively inexpensive. One of my concerns about eating at Subway is that so much of the menu involves processed meat, which is not particularly healthy or good for you. When I go to Subway, I get the Veggie Deluxe sandwich in order to avoid the processed meat products. "

" I think that you have to be very careful with what you put on your sandwhich because there are a lot of ways that the calories add up fast. You have to find the specific ones under 600 calories and then don't add cheese or condiments. I have not tried it because 2 sandwiches is 1200 calories and you still have breakfast and snacks. But if you try it please let me know how it goes. "

" No way! There is way to much salt in processed meats and to many carbs in the bread. "

" I have never left Subway feeling full. Part of the problem is that I am carb sensitive but the other part of it is that there really isn't a whole lot to their sandwiches. Just the bread and a few slices of meat.....unless you load up the toppings, which of course loads up the calories. "

" I could see it working but U could easily do it yourself and a bit healthier. I eat lunch meat quite a bit when I'm in a pinch for protein but it's not the best..I'd choose grilled chicken over deli turkey...U could grill chicken at home..\have some good whole wheat buns and veggies and make Ur own sandwiches everyday:) Could u make a healthy breakfast and dinner..and do Subway for lunch to keep u on track? "

" I would think that you would get sick of it after a while. I don't beliee in eating any one particcular thing. I like variety in my diet. That is what I like about Weight Watchers. There is no food that you cannot eat, as long as you watch the portion size. My favorite sub is the Veggie delight but I can't imagine eating it all the time every day. "
