Hello, everyone, I am new to this whole experience. I have steadily been gaining weight since i got married in August. I have gained about 50 lbs. i would really like to lose this weight, and have recently started to walk every day, and watch what I eat. Any suggestions?

low fat low cal foods high in fiber...i.e. fruits vegis whole grains whole grain pasta...yogurt..that is predominatly what i am eating and a few low cal low fat deserts (i have a sweet tooth)...oh also egg whites and reduced fat cheese..the key is portion...figure out how many calories u need a day and stick to them...if u eat all healthy stuff but eat 1000 extra calories ur gonna gain weight

I've had the same problem. Gained probably about 50 pounds myself since getting with my husband. I am on Weight Watchers which I think is great. It's not so much a diet as it is a lifestyle. To me diets are temporary things you do which don't work. If you want any info on WW I can help you. I also drink a lot of water everyday and try to avoid fast food.

I had a great experience with LA Weight Loss- just don't let them upsell you on all the supplements and special foods- it works without it! (with it, it is rather pricey)
