" I'm doing Pilates once a week to balance out my other gym stuff. I'm really loving it. When I'd started, I'd never done Pilates before and hadn't been inside a gym for years.

The reason I like it is because it is a challenge for me. And after only 5 lessons so far, I can already notice changes in my flexiblity, and posture of all things! AND, I can clearly see I have a long way to go, and that motivates me to try harder and stick with it! "

" I did pilates for balance, it was a great 30 min. workout that did not cause much pain, it was very slow but really makes you sweat, amazed me at how out of breath i was with such a slow workout. it worked by the way. "

" I have done power pilates and i was quite pleased with it. It's about an hour of quickly paced movements ranging from legs to arms, but the focus of the hour is your core. Its great for unwinding and relaxing through body movements, and even better is that you progress at your own pace. Powerpilates.com is the website and he DVD's are great! "
