I'm kind of looking for testimonials of people who have seen the great effects of omega 3's. Are they really as beneficial as so many people say they are?

" I have taken fish oil, flax seed oil and hemp for Omega 3 for years. It has only been in the last two weeks that I have taken therapeutic doses of fish oil for weight loss and inflammation (I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, pre diabetes, and insulin resistance). At this early stage I can say it has taken hunger away. I also can do without 2 of my high blood pressure pills I have been taking. I have energy to finish my workout.
