Starting over; A changed me?

I want to lose weight, so I can come back to school looking and feeling better than I did last year. I'm tired of getting picked on because of my weight, and I want to start losing it now.

The only problem is, I'm having trouble staying motivated and staying away from unhealthy foods and just sitting on my butt watching Fuse all day.

I know I need to start eating healthier and exercising, but I was wondering if anyone had any tips or suggestions that can help me stay motivated or be more interested in exercising?

" One thing I've realized is that you have to be good about is recovery. I can't tell you how many times I've just said "what the hell" and had too many sweets or ate a bunch of junk food instead of making better eating choices. But when I do that now, instead of getting down about it and giving up all together, I put in an extra 30 min. at the gym, or make my next meal or two healthy ones.

That's my 2 cents anyways... "
