I AM TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT AND IT SEEMS LIKE IM ALWAYS HUNGRY EVEN RIGHT AFTER I EAT, LIKE TODAY FOR EXAMPLE

BREAKFAST: CHESSE OMLETTE AND CUP OF MILK
LUNCH: 2 TURKEY AND CHEESE SANDWICHES ON WHEAT
DINNER: 2 GRILLED BREASTS, PEAS, AND A CAN OF OLIVES

IS THERE ANY DIET PILLS THAT ACTUALLY SUPRESS YOUR APPETITE? THAT ARE SAFE? WHAT ABOUT HYDROXYCUT PLEASE ANY SUGGESTIONS

" You like alot of cheese. Is that full fat cheese with all the saturated fats? Do you eat any fruit or veggies other than the one serving of peas? That can of olives is alot of calories too. Did you know wheat because of it insoluable fiber is a high glycemic food (equal to white bread) that will make you hungry faster than if you had a low glycemic bread or no bread at all.

Instead of a pill try eating low glycemic meals for a while. Add veggies where ever you can. They are low calorie. For breakfast make egg whites or tufu with vegetables (spinach, garlic, onions, brocolie, cauliflower, salsa) serve with slices of tomato and a some berries or other fruit. Make long cooked oatmeal and add a apple and cinamon and raw nuts. For Lunch if you start with a low cal vegetable soup or miso soup it cuts the hunger. Try eating something that does not have bread. Make a huge salad with all the goodies. Beans, red peppers, baked tortilla strips, avacado, what ever you like. Put grilled chicken or fish on it if you want. For dinner put your chicken on a bed of whole grain pasta with veggies. I love sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, broclie and carrots. Stock up on some fresh herbs to add intrest. Make a healthy pesto. add 5 olives not a can. Steam some more veggies on the side and more fruit. Have a healthy snack or desert. My favorite is a apple rhuebarb crisp. "

" My doctor prescribed me to Phentermine. It's a prescription appetite suppresant and it does work fairly well; I usually take 1/2 a pill instead of the entire thing because it can make me somewhat jittery. "

" I agree with Cinnamint...try to get more fiber and are you drinking enough water? You should be drinking 1/2 your body water in oz each day. For example if you weight 200# - drink 100 oz of water. "

" What ever you do don't use Hydroxycut, there is a big recall on it, I bought some and was using it, but took it back to the store I got it from and got my money back. Right now I am using xenadrine for women and just started it 3 days ago, so not sure if its working yet, but I'll let you know. "

Usually, a voracious appetite and yen for salty foods just means...here comes your monthly visitor...you will just have to fill up on the appropriate stuff right now and this too shall pass...
