So I'm Starting a journal and I want to be able to answer questions I ask myself. Like for example, the questions I already have are:

-What Kind of mood I'm in/ or was into?
-What exercise have I done today?
-What kind of food I ate and how much?
-Did I stick to the goals I want to achieve?

But I'm looking for more questions. Maybe ya'll can give me some good ones :)

THANKS!

" I actually can't think of any other questions, but I think your questions are really good. Maybe start out with them and see how it goes for a while? "

" I also track my fiber intake. I don't get enough that is for sure.
Another thing I journal is my net carbs. I was doing some research regarding carbs and I want to track my carb intake. I count calories but I also watch the carbs to see if that could be a problem area for me.
Once a week I record my weight and measurements.

Good question, I look forward to more ideas. "

" One suggestion would be to rate your mood before and then after exercise. I know that I feel lots better after exercise, and this is always a good motivator for me to make the effort. I can forget about work, any worries or stress and just feel happy knowing I have done something good for myself. "

" After you ask yourself the "Mood" question, ask yourself the what your goal of eating that food is. For example:

I want to eat chocolate.
What is my mood?: I am lonely
So what is my goal?: To feel comfort
Then you can ask: what are other things I can do to feel comfort other than to eat chocolate? (Sometimes, I really just want to snuggle with someone or something.)

I think you are doing a great thing by asking yourself the tough questions. You are going to succeed with your goals!!! Keep up the good work!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!! "
