" I use Jillian Michaels' books (Making the Cut and her first one) and another one called the Body Sculpting Bible for Women. I also subscribe to Shape, Fitness and Self and tear out their monthly workouts (many of these you can find online for free at the magazines' websites). I also recommend yoga--it's great for strength and flexibility. The recent Biggest Loser yoga video is really good (and tough!) "

" For strength, weightlifting is good. There are lots of websites on strength training.
Here's one:

If you don't like weightlifting, you can do bodyweight exercises like pushups, but those are normally harder.

Here's a yoga website:

There are tons of books, videos, and sites about strength training and stretching, and there are a lot of good ones out there. Figure out what you think you might like to do like a gym? at home? a class? yoga? stretching?, and then you can google them or find books and vids. "
