I tried the UltraSimple Diet (It isn't really a diet, its a cleanse) by Mark Hymen. It really was the only thing I stuck to. I would love to do it again, but for some reason I can't make myself stick to anything right now!

ISOGENIX is awesome but it is very expensive. I had very good luck with it. It is not really that expensive when you consider it is taking care of 2 meals and all your snacks every day for 9 days. I guess. I lost like 8lbs but I lost like 19 inches overall,in just 9 days. The shake days are a cinch but the cleansing days were hard for me. I had to add a salad with no calorie dressing which is ok they said if you have to. The shakes are strange tasting at first but I really like them now and I'm planning on buying just the shakes and doing them once or twice a day. When I am not following a specific diet plan I do protein shakes for breakfast and salads for lunch most of the time.

Good old colonics. Find a registered health homeopathic person to do it and I usually go once a year for 4 visits in a period of about 2 weeks.
The first visit, it just loosens things. The 2nd visit, you see more results (it drains through a tube in a wall that you can see, so it's not messy and smelly. You wouldn't BELIEVE what you see coming out of you!), the 3rd is always the most productive. TONS of "results"...meaning the food that was in my upper colon for so long...finally comes out. I've literally have had a bump sticking out of my tummy and after I go for the 3rd colonic,.......my stomach is FLAT!!! The 4th one is really just to make sure everything is out. This is a fact....(and I hope it's okay to say this here...) John Wayne died with 44 lbs of feces in his colon. We store food in there for SOO long. Depending on the foods we eat.......especially red meat. Steaks of any size are BAD....it takes a normal person to digest a steak in 12 hours. That whole time, it's sitting there collecting the bad bacteria in our stomachs. I don't ever eat steaks. Models do colonics too much. They do them like 2-3 times a week every week to keep their stomachs flat. But, that's not good because then the intestines get used to that and it would be hard for them to work on their own again without the colonic. I feel SOOO incredibly cleaned, peaceful and healthy after my yearly visit of 4 sessions. Try it!

No....nah uh, it doesn't hurt.
The tube is small and you might have just a twinge of a cramp now and then, but when you do, that's when you tell the nurse and then she opens up the tube, so that you can "release" and that's a GREAT feeling. No more than an enema.

Yes, here is the perfect site.
http://www.wrc.net/wrcnet_content/... I have done a few of the cleanses, but the 12Day D-tox is excellent for the whole body. I took the listing of foods allowed to both my GP and my liver specialist and both highly approved. My GI took it a step further and said that I would be wise to stick to that same listing of foods permanently. It is not easy to cut out ALL sugars, flours, dairy and a few other things on the NOT allowed list, but I can say that after a few weeks without an item in your diet, you truly get used to it and don't miss it. I do the 12 day cleanse a couple times a year, and you will definitely notice a difference to how you feel. You will be "regular" like never before. Several people lose weight on these cleanses. It truly wakes up your organs and gets them functioning at a proper capacity. Go to the Wild Rose College site for details on the cleanses and also for a listing of the foods. If you wanted, you could just try out the foods before starting any cleanse as a good clean list of foods may be enough to get you started. I have tried some of the more common over the counter cleanses but noticed no benefit whatsoever.
