    Recently met a woman here on DS who is my age, 67, and who inspired me to start the 5:2 diet pattern of eating.  It is a version of Intermittent Fasting, but isn't literally a fast.  You get 5 days of normal intake, interspersed with 2 days of very low calories.

    Omg being a librarian is an awesome job...i just had a small group of kids guys and girls from ages 11 -16 come and sing me bruno mars just the way u are, it made me cry. These kids are our town rebels no hopers and drug addicts who call me library mum and tell me their stories. our work staff and i give these kids what they desire most respect hope and love and of course hugs loads of hugs...sur...
