This website is a truly amazing tool for weight loss! Its free and so easy to keep track of your calories out vs calories in! Plus you don't have to look up specific items in a separate data base and then enter it. This site has its own food data base, so it cuts a step or two out of the process (well, for me anyway!!) Hope you all find it as helpful as I do!! Happy Losing!!!
