Discussion:
Are these labs results why I'm so tired?

I asked recent labs to be mailed to me. Of course, I have received no phone call from physican assistant who is my primary care person and it's been about 10 days since the labs were done. I don't expect her to call.

I'm so tired. Just feel like heck. Could these lab results cause me to be very tired? The tiredness just seems to get worse and worse.

Your thoughts would be appreciated.

" Im no dr so the only lab results i can make sense of are my own because i understand how they relate to my total health. Maybe you should schedule a complete physical exam. I am a kidney patient, but it was the annual physical that sometimes helped me sort things out. "

" My "complete" physican exam was completed last month. It did not include any blood work other than what's included above.
There was nothing different at that appointment other than . . . really, nothing different that I can think of.
I'm just SO tired. I'm beginning to wonder if my blood count might be low too.
And, of course, still no phone call on these lab results. "

" They definitely need to do a CBC and chemistry on you. You might be anemic or any number of things that would not show on the labs they did.

Good luck. "

" I was wondering if you tried talking to the kidney doctor or nurse where you get dialysis? They should be able to talk with you about the results of your blood work. "

" Your creatinine seems to be in normal range for kidneys!! You don't need dialysis as far as that goes. My creatinine is 4.1 and up!!
Just keep going to the doc and asking questions!!
Good Luck, :) Sue "
