How long have you been on dialysis?
What has your Doctor said? If you haven't spoken to one about it do so. If you have spoken to him find another for a second opinion. I suffered with restless leg syndrome for years on dialysis. I switched centers and had to switch doctors and - bang - he prescribed a pill and that was the end of it.

This article describes blisters on the hands presumably caused by dialysis and sunlight:
http://www.emedicine.com/DERM/topi... If yours are not on your hand Google "dialysis blisters" and read the other articles to see what you can find. Don't forget that second opinion.

Phosporis buildup is common in dialysis patients as you already know.
My itching was extreme in my opinion but probably not out of line for a dialysis patient. Which is to say it was horrible but I think it is for everyone. I can only add to the advise that you have already gotten: avoid those foods and religiously take your binders. A lot of them.

yes on binders what confuses me is my Phosporis level is normal.
I am on the transplant list so maybe when that happens this will go away I hope. You are very knowledgable. Thanks again

That is confusing. Although blisters and itching is normal in dialysis patients that does not mean that you're are caused by phosphorus.
One mistake everyone can make is thinking that all ones problems are caused by kidney failure and dialysis. Just because we've got one problem does not mean something else is not the cause. We suffer from everything else just like everyone else. Plus. :-( If it disappears when you get a transplant then that's likely the problem but meanwhile continue your search for a knowledgeable doctor. Have you tried a dermatologist (skin doctor)?

I agree with your thinking on the dermatologist. When one is on dialysis its easy to write off any symptom as related to your treatment or failure.
Did the articles I referred you to tell you anything? I've seen a site where you put in your symptoms (Google that) and it will come up with some diagoses. Don't put in anything about kidney failure and see if something comes up.
