Before my old computer crashed there was a website run by Sparks People that gave nutritional information on any food you would plug in. I have looked on the SP website but its not there. If anyone knows what the name of it is, please let me know,

I think that you will find what you are talking about on this link.
You can access from their home page too -
Click on "healthy lifestyle" Then "nutrition" and right down the bottom of that page I think is what you might be after. "

" Hath - that's exactly what I was looking for - like finding a lost friend - thanks so much. As a matter of fact, everyone here might find this site beneficial. You can plug in anything for ex strawberries. It will give you all sorts of strawberries and combinations includinge tarts and you will get all nutrition values for any amount - you put in the amount and it recalculates. You can put in French fries, etc. Its a wonderful site for learning what we might not know about carbs, proteins, etc, in a certain fresh food, canned items or fast food joint. "
